The Spaces:
The Teepee
A stunning, heated dining teepee with tablescaping and, festive decor.
The Piglet Barn
A converted farm barn with a roaring log burner, AV and a 75-inch screen. Your base from first coffee to last drink.
The Wild Gardens
Part of the National Garden scheme, the Woodland Gardens with a network of trails are yours for the day.
Wild Mini Spa
Set within the Woodland Gardens and backing onto the Wild Lodges, the Wild Mini Spa includes a mini-sauna and cold plunge barrel with a view of nature.
The Outpost
A secret hilltop lookout above the estate, found only on the festive hike. Views across the Surrey Hills as the light goes.
The Pergola
The covered terrace alongside the Piglet Barn and home to the bar. Long tables, festoon lights and log stacks, where drinks flow as the evening draws in.

Step out of the barn to burning firepits and woodsmoke floating through the valley. The shape of the day below is our recommended rhythm; every offsite is tailored around your team.

Arrival refreshments
Coffee, tea and refreshments by the fire in the Piglet Barn.

Piglet Barn work session or meeting
The barn is yours for the morning, with AV, 75-inch screen and Wi-Fi, and refreshments kept topped up.
12:00
Main event kick-off
Step out of the barn to burning firepits and woodsmoke floating through the valley. A hot Wild Berry cup, warmed over the fire, is served to start the day.

Campfire canapés & foraged cocktails
Canapés cooked over the flames, the open bar serving foraged cocktails, and time to settle in with a drink in hand.

Wander the Wild Gardens
Explore the National Garden Scheme Wild Gardens. Towels and robes ready for the sauna and cold plunge.

The fire-cooked feast
Wild-tablescaped tables in the dining Teepee, and a feast cooked over open flame by our guest chef, with nature as the backdrop.

Festive hike via the hilltop outpost
A guided loop around the estate via the secret outpost, timed so you come back down as the light goes.
16:30
Open bar, entertainment & live acoustic music
Open bar by the Piglet Barn. Log burner roaring inside, firepits and flares outside, chestnuts on the fire and live acoustic music.
18:00
Farewell snack
A chef-prepared hot snack by the fire and the last of the chestnuts, then goodie bags at the gate.
19:00
Departure
Guests depart, or head back to their accommodation.
